The residents at Garland Nursing and Rehabilitation at 321 North Shiloh Road were recently treated to a Christmas party by the Catholic Daughters.
For more than 25 years, the Catholic Daughters have taken a holiday celebration to the residents at the facility and Activities Director Becky Carrier said that they always enjoy and appreciate it.
Each resident receives a gift and a stuffed animal or doll while they enjoy snacks and punch. Additionally, the Catholic Daughters distribute travel-size toiletry items such as toothpaste, lotion, so
ap and shampoo.
