Garland police have arrested Cellus Owens and Duante Gowans for Aggravated Robbery. 
Both men are currently in the Dallas County jail with bonds set at $25,000 each.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives are attempting to locate a third person who may have been involved in the robberies.
Garland police believe that these men were involved in three separate robberies that occurred in the early morning hours of Dec. 1.
