Nancy Nolan of Seagoville, 62, was found murdered in a home in the 900 block of Meadowdale Circle just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13.
When the Garland Police Department arrived, they were met by a male subject outside the home who stated he had killed the woman inside.
The male subject was later identified as 60-year-old Ryan Howell who lived at the location. Howell was taken into custody and officers entered the home and found the deceased woman.
GPD detectives determined that Ryan Howell, a second male subject, later identified as 55-year-old Jerry McGee and the female murder victim all lived at the residence.
The investigation has led detectives to believe that on Sunday, Sept. 11, Howell killed the female victim with a knife.
This is an ongoing investigation and detectives are attempting to determine if McGee was involved in the murder
At this time no charges have been filed against McGee. Howell is being charged with Murder.
