The Garland Police Department has designated two parking spaces in front of the police department building located at 1891 Forest Lane where online buyers and sellers can conduct face-to-face transactions. The Exchange Zone has been established in response to the growing e-commerce and online purchasing trend.
The public is also welcome to conduct exchanges inside the building in the lobby area between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., excluding holidays. GPD wants to encourage safe online shopping with face-to-face transactions. For more information, call 972-205-4868.
