The high school soccer playoffs have begun and Garland ISD has two girls’ teams moving on to the area round. Three boys’ teams have also advanced.
Girls’ bi-district scores were as follow:
Rowlett HS 3 – Belton 0
Sachse HS 10 – Harker Heights 0

The Lady Mustangs will play Highland Park HS in the area round. The Lady Eagles will face Pearce HS for the area title.

Naaman Forest HS 6 – Killeen Ellison 0
Sachse HS 2 – Belton HS 0
North Garland HS 3 – Harker Heights HS 0
The Rangers will play Mesquite HS in the area round. The Mustangs will be matched against North Mesquite HS and the Raiders will face Jesuit HS.
