Update June 20: Missing juvenile, Owen Van Leach, has been found and is safe.
The Garland Police Department is searching for a missing juvenile, 15-year-old Owen Van Leach. Owen is a white male, approximately 5’ tall, 150 lbs. He has a stocky build, reddish hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a black thermal shirt, greyish/tan sweatpants, and black Nike slip-on shoes with a white Nike symbol.
He was last seen in the 2600 block of Livenshire Drive, in Garland, just after 3 p.m., June 20. Owen is a highly functional autistic boy. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, they are encouraged to call the Garland Police Department at 972-485-4840 or 9-1-1
