The city of Garland kicks off the Sounds of Summer Concert Series Thursday, May 12, at Audubon Park and we couldn’t be any more excited to bring these fantastic artists directly to you, in our wonderful parks! The series kicks off with Grady Spencer and The Work with special guests Jimmy Wallace and Rachel Stacy!
We are thrilled to announce our surprise artist has moved up his date to join us Thursday, May 26, at Audubon Park. He is a 2022 Grammy-winning artist, and we are excited to welcome Christone “Kingfish” Ingram in just a few short weeks!
Along with presenting partner Veritex Bank and artist sponsor Jimmy Wallace Guitars, the city is proud to feature touring on-the-rise artists and lively entertainers who are sure to blow you away with talent and get you dancing. Here’s the rest of the lineup:

July 7 – Dylan Wheeler and Mike & the Moonpies
July 21 – Cody Canada & The Departed with special guest Carson Jeffrey
Garland’s Sounds of Summer concert series all begin at 7 p.m. every other Thursday through July 21. The first three concerts are at Audubon Park, 342 W. Oates Road. Beginning June 23, the Sounds of Summer moves to the Winters Park Amphitheatre located at 1330 Spring Creek Drive.
The concerts are FREE! Bring the family, grab a bite from on-site food vendors and let the kids challenge each other in the activity area. And don’t forget your chairs and blankets.
