Kimberly Jozwiak joined the city of Garland as the municipal court director Nov. 13. Jozwiak brings more than 20 years of professional experience in both judicial and non-judicial leadership roles, including county and local municipalities. She most recently served as the director of municipal court for the city of Odessa, where she spearheaded the implementation of a new case management software.
Jozwiak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Universal Studies from Texas Tech University with minors in Political Science, Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Development. She is designated by the Institute of Court Management as a Certified Court Manager and is a Level III Certified Municipal Court Clerk.
