Side Quest Arcades, 430 Winecup Way, at Firewheel Town Center, hosted an exciting grand opening Saturday, July 6. There was an appearance by the 501st Legion, a world-renowned nonprofit Star Wars costuming group, a live Mariachi band, Cards for Kids, a Pokemon charity group and more.
The arcade is a great place for gamers of all ages and skill levels. Classic games, such as Pac-Man and Donkey Kong, to the latest video games and virtual reality experiences are featured. In addition, you can bring your friends and family and challenge them to some friendly competition on the multiplayer games.
Side Quest Arcades wants everyone to have a great time without spending a fortune. To that end, they offer flat-rate, all-day play passes that provide unlimited access to all of the games for one low price. There is also a friendly and knowledgeable staff that can assist with anything you need.
If you work up an appetite playing your favorite games, the arcade also has a snack bar menu that includes hot dogs, chili, nachos and more.
Micah Kirkpatrick, owner/manager, explained some of the arcade’s highlights:
