Jul. 14, 2024

Jennifer Stubbs has been named the city secretary for the city of Garland, effective July 1.

She previously served as city secretary for the city of Elgin and assistant city secretary for the City of Pflugerville. While working for the city of Elgin, Stubbs received the Office of Excellence Award from the Texas Municipal Clerks Association and was nominated for the Emerging Leader Award.
