Noon Exchange Club presents Labor Day Parade Sept. 2

The Noon Exchange Club of Garland’s annual Labor Day parade is a don’t miss event!. It features high school bands, cheerleaders and drill teams, as well as younger sports teams and cheer squads. The crowd is also entertained by Shriners’ clowns on tiny scooters. Garland’s mayor and City Council members, Garland ISD’s board of trustees, along with the Garland Fire and Police departments, participate in the parade.

The parade begins with a group of Boy Scouts carrying American flag, and the sight is guaranteed to make hearts swell with pride.

This year’s event is Monday, Sept. 2.
