Garland Altrusa International members presented Hope Clinic with a $4,000 grant Friday, June 19. This grant was awarded for the Influenza Vaccine Program to be held at the clinic in October. At the Flu Vaccine Program, Garland Altrusa members will serve as Patient Education Outreach (PEO).
Hope Clinic will have a “Flu Vaccine Day” at which time the Altrusa PEOs will aid at check-in and distribute informational materials to patients.

About: Altrusa International of Garland is a civic organization focusing on the needs of Garland. The purpose of the organization is to serve others through service projects and fundraising efforts tailored to the local community.
