The Andersen Corporate Foundation recently announced the recipients of its fall 2024 grant round, including organizations in the Garland area. In all, the foundation announced grant commitments of over $1.2 million to 64 nonprofit organizations in its second of two grant rounds this year.
The Andersen Corporate Foundation has contributed over $70 million to support worthy causes since 1941. The mission of the foundation is to improve lives and strengthen communities where Andersen employees live and work.
The foundation has donated over $200,000 from the Andersen Corporate Foundation and Andersen Corporation to Garland-area nonprofits in the last five years. Funding decisions in the Garland area are guided by a committee of local Andersen employees, ensuring that grantmaking supports areas of local priority. The organizations that received the fall 2024 Garland grants are Construction Industry Education Foundation and Hope Clinic of Garland.
