The Sachse High School Lady Mustangs advanced to the Regional Quarterfinal round of the basketball playoffs. However, were defeated Monday, Feb. 20, by Cedar Hill High School. The score was 53-42.
The boys’ games for the bi-district round of the basketball playoffs were played Feb. 20.
The Naaman Forest Rangers defeated Rockwall High School. The score was 40-33.
The Wylie Pirates got a win over Royse City High School. The score was 65-37.
The Sachse Mustangs lost to Mesquite Horn High School by a score of 58-55.
The Rowlett Eagles were defeated by Rockwall Heath High School by a score of 83-53.
With wins in the bi-district round, the Naaman Forest Rangers and Wylie Pirates advanced to the area round of the playoffs.
The NFHS Rangers were defeated by Mansfield Legacy High School Friday, Feb. 23 at Irving High School by a score of 74-58.
The Wylie Pirates lost in a heartbreaker to Cedar Hill Friday, Feb. 24 at Mesquite Horn High School. The score was 51-50.
