Bullock ES, Geomet partner to clean up campus

May. 15, 2022

In partnership with Geomet, a Garland-based metal recycling company, Bullock Elementary School hosted its “Beautify Bullock” event Saturday April 30 at the school located at 3909 Edgewood Drive in Garland.

Members of the school and local community cleaned up the campus and Geomet donated a flowerbed made entirely of recycled and recyclable materials. The event was in conjunction with Garland’s Earth Day initiatives and enforces the importance of recycling.

The event was well-attended and the school clean-up was successful. There were also educational activities for the students.
