IT Client Services Department earns Awards of Excellence – Congratulations to the IT Client Services Department! They earned two significant accolades from the Help Desk Institute this year!
The team achieved the HDI Team Certified Award and the 2023 HDI Team Certified Pinnacle of Excellence Award. The Pinnacle of Excellence award is given to support centers with four or more employees who have earned one of five different HDI Certifications.
The HDI training certifications and awards validate that support center technicians, supervisors and management possess the skills necessary to provide support within their organization and allow for best practices in supporting their customers.
