You can get the COVID vaccine without an appointment at our Public Health Clinic, 206 Carver Drive. Clinic hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays through the end of July (except when GHD is conducting a mass vaccination event).
- While COVID vaccines are available at the Public Health Clinic, check the COVID Vaccine Event Calendar for non-clinic vaccination events.
- Additional vaccine supplies can be found on vaccinefinder.org. Contact your doctor and/or area pharmacies for additional options.
- Download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration form before arriving for your Garland Public Health Clinic vaccination.
Anyone who is medically unable to come to the clinic may contact the Garland Health Department at 972-205-3370 to make alternative arrangements.
GHD has received and is administering the Moderna (for age 18+) and Pfizer (for age 12+) two-dose COVID-19 vaccines and the Johnson & Johnson (for age 18+) single-dose vaccine.
When you receive the vaccine please ensure the second dose is the same type. Please use the V-Safe Health Checker if you have a smartphone. Save the card provided at your first vaccination to keep track of which vaccine you received. GHD does not provide replacement cards.
It is critical that everyone continue to practice personal protective measures to prevent disease spread.
