Firewheel Town Center will host the fourth Taste of Firewheel Saturday, Sept. 29, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the park. The all-day food festival will feature delicious light bites, refreshing beverages and free live music by DJ Craig from Groove Labs. There will also be prize giveaways, children’s entertainment and shopping.
Tastes from a variety of cuisines will entice guests to sample fares from over 18 restaurants from Firewheel Town Center and the surrounding community. Participating restaurants include:

“We are thrilled to welcome the community back to the fourth annual Taste of Firewheel,” said Chelsey Lamar, area director of Marketing. “We have an excellent line up of family-friendly activities, along with new restaurant choices, which are sure to make this year’s event bigger and better than ever.”
The live DJ and children’s entertainment are free and include a decorate-your-own chef’s hat and apron. And feel free to bring your furry friend so they can enjoy the event in the Canine Corner.
Food samplings will require wristbands, which will be available for purchase at Firewheel Town Center’s Simon Guest Services or at the event – 10 tastes for $20, or two wristbands for $35. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the Foxii’s Restaurant & Grill Booth. Tickets are available for purchase in advance, now through September 28 for $17 each.
Taste tabs will double as “votes” for the restaurant’s partner charity. The winning restaurant will receive a Simon Giftcard® donation to support their charity of choice.
