The Garland Police Department has arrested Dallas Independent School District teacher, 49-year-old Robert Lee Edgin of Dallas, for Improper Relationship between Educator and Student. Edgin works at W. T. White High School.
The victim of this offense is a 17-year-old Garland ISD student.
After speaking with detectives and based on Edgin’s admissions, additional charges may be filed.
Edgin is currently in the Garland Detention Center on a $10,000 Bond.
