Update: Mr. Dean has been found and is safe.
The Garland Police Department is searching for a missing person, 61-year-old James Dean. He was last seen Feb. 12 before 6:30 am in the 6300 block of Alto Oaks Drive.
Dean suffers from bi-polar and schizophrenia disorders and shows signs of dementia. He is described as a white male, 6’1”, 160 pounds. He has grey/brown hair and blue eyes. Dean was last seen wearing a brown coat, blue sweat pants and a blue and green shirt.
