The Garland Police Department is searching for a missing female, 49-year-old Joe Anna Terry. She was last heard from Feb. 9 but her location was unknown.
Terry is described as an African American female, 5’5” tall, 155 pounds, medium build, black hair and brown eyes.
She drives a silver/gray 2019 Kia Soul with Texas license plate LGR9547.
