Mr. Seals has been found and is safe.
The Garland Police Department is searching for a missing person, 64-year-old Willie Seals. He was last seen at 5:30 p.m., Oct. 22, in the 300 block of North Shiloh Road, at his residence. He is described as a black male, 6’02”, 150 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a gray stubble beard. He was last seen wearing a blue stocking cap with a blue durag underneath, a blue sweatshirt and gray sweatpants with a black stripe.
Seals left his residence on foot and is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and requires medication.
