Update – Oct. 9: MacKenzie McAdams has been found and is safe.
The Garland Police Department is actively searching for missing 17-year-old, MacKenzie McAdams, who was last seen on foot this morning, Oct. 8, just before 9 a.m., in the 2100 block of Highmont Drive in Garland.
MacKenzie is at high risk for seizures and requires medication to prevent serious physical complications. There is an urgent concern for her health and safety.
MacKenzie is described as a white female, standing 5′ 6″ tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds, with dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, pink leggings and carrying a floral backpack.
