GPD serves warrants at Bee Hippy

Wednesday, June 7, around 10:30 a.m., members of the Garland Police Department Narcotics Unit and the Dallas DEA Task Force served multiple warrants related to the sale of illegal narcotics at the Bee Hippy Hemp Store. The store is located at 701 Main Street in downtown Garland.

Among the warrants was an arrest warrant for the store owner, 41-year-old Christopher Charles Fagan. He is charged with Delivery of Marijuana under five pounds. There was also an arrest warrant for the store manager, 55-year-old David Lee Dranguet. He is charged with Delivery of under four grams and two counts of Delivery of Marijuana under five pounds.

During the service of these warrants, officers seized approximately 50 pounds of pre-packaged items including edible THC.

GPD thanked the Dallas DEA Task Force for their assistance with this lengthy operation.
