On July 4, shortly before 12:30 p.m., the Garland Police Department responded to the report of a body found in a warehouse located in the 700 block of Shepherd Drive. When the responding officers arrived, they found the body of a male subject dead inside the location.
GPD homicide detectives were called to investigate and based on what was discovered at the scene police are working the death as a murder. Detectives are working with the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office for the official ruling as to the cause of death.
The victim was later identified as 81-year- old Donald Wayne St Clair of Garland.
