Phyllis Jean Clinebell was born on February 6, 1936, in Frankfort, Ohio, to Roscoe and Maude Howard Pelfrey. She was a nurse and a member of New Liberty Baptist Church in Garland, Texas. She passed away on May 31, 2023, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 87.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Molly Jean Beal; her brothers, Robert Pelfrey, Jr., Raymond Pelfrey, and Charles Franklin Pelfrey; her sisters, Pauline Metzger and Anna Rosella Richter.
She is survived by her sons, John Michael Clinebell (Sharon) of Greeley, Colorado; Gregory Steven Clinebell (Terri) of Clarksville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, James Matthew Beal of Sachse, Texas; Meagan Elizabeth Hansen of Glenwood, Arkansas; Amanda Rose Clinebell of Russellville, Arkansas; and her five great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place at a later date at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
