Update: The Garland Police Department has identified and arrested 30-year-old Timothy James Kellogg of Greenville, Texas. Kellogg is in custody at the Garland Detention Center and charged with Indecency with a Child – Exposing. No bond has been set at this time.
The Garland Police Department is attempting to identify and locate a man who reportedly exposed himself to a 15-year-old juvenile female in the 800 block of the East I-30 Highway.
Tuesday morning, May 25, at approximately 9:30 a.m., it was learned that while the juvenile was walking to school she was approached by a white, possibly Chevrolet or GMC four-door pickup truck, in the 800 block of the westbound service road of Interstate 30. When the vehicle
approached her, the driver, a white male attempted to get her attention possibly telling her to get in the vehicle. While speaking with the juvenile, the male exposed himself. The juvenile walked away and the truck fled from the location.
The suspect is described as a 30- to 40-year-old male with brown hair. He had a beard and was wearing a gray ball cap.
Detectives have located video of the truck driving in the area and are asking for the public’s assistance. The truck appears to have a tow hitch and a sticker on the back window.
