The Dallas Campus of Remington College will host community culinary classes each month. The April course will be:
· Gameday Queso (Thursday, April 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) — Learn how to make the perfect gameday queso to impress your friends and family. Attendees will make two types of queso — a chili cheese queso dip and an authentic Mexican-style white queso dip. Water, soft drinks and chips will be provided.

The Culinary Essentials Diploma Program and Culinary Management Degree Program at Remington College provide training in safety and sanitation as well as hands-on experience working in an instructor-supervised kitchen.
The Diploma Program can be completed in as few as eight months, and the Degree Program can be completed in as few as 24 months.1 Both programs are designed to prepare students for a number of entry-level positions in the food service industry.2
