A Silver Alert has been activated for an elderly man, 83-year-old Joseph Arthur Parker. Parker was last seen at his residence in the 2400 block of Richview Court around 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct.28. He left his home on foot, in an unknown direction, and has not returned.
Parker takes necessary medications for several medical conditions, including dementia. He is described as a white male, approximately 5’7” to 5’9” tall, 170 pounds with a stocky build. He has hazel eyes, medium-length white hair and was last seen wearing a black sweater, black sweat pants and tennis shoes. He wears prescription glasses and was carrying a black bag with him.
